Terms Of Use

By continuing to browse and use this mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern the operations of Desi Farms, a trademark of SNA Milk and Milk Products Private Limited (CIN: U74999PN2016PTC164715), here in after referred to as “the Company.”

1. SUBSCRIPTIONS

  • To subscribe, select your preferred milk variant and choose your desired start date.
  • All subscriptions are prepaid and require advance payment. The payment will reflect in your app account or may be confirmed via email.
  • Accepted payment modes: NEFT/UPI transfer, cash, cheque, or in-app payment. Please mention your registered mobile number in the transaction details.
  • Supply will only begin once the advance payment is received.
  • Delivery timings are between 4:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Fixed-time delivery is not guaranteed.
  • Any issue related to non-delivery, delay, or damage must be reported on the same day between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

2. CONSENT FOR COMMUNICATION

By providing your contact details, you agree and consent to receive RCS, promotional, transactional, and informative messages from SNA Milk and Milk Products Private Limited through SMS, email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels. Your information will be used solely for sharing updates about our products, services, offers, and important announcements.

3. OFFERS, BENEFITS & REFERRAL PROGRAMME

  • Offers are applicable to both new and existing customers, subject to defined eligibility criteria.
  • Cashback or product benefits are non-refundable
  • Multiple offers cannot be combined.
  • The same offer cannot be applied more than once at the same address.
  • Customers may refer multiple people, but referrals with duplicate addresses will not be considered, and benefits may be revoked.
  • Bonus amounts can be used to purchase any products available on the Desi Farms App.

4. PRICING

  • Prices are periodically reviewed and are subject to change without prior notice.

5. PAYMENTS

  • Customers must ensure their wallet balance is sufficient for uninterrupted service. Reminders are sent via notifications and calls.
  • Payments can be made online through the App or offline at the nearest outlet (a receipt will be provided).
  • Cash/Cheque collection at the time of delivery incurs a fee of ₹20 per invoice. Payments made directly at outlets are free from this charge.
  • In case of a cheque bounce (insufficient funds, signature mismatch, or technical error), an additional ₹200 penalty will apply.
  • The Company is not responsible for payment failures due to technical or banking issues.

6. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • To cancel your subscription, call +91 9270000766 | +91 9260605353. Any outstanding balance must be cleared within 10 working days.
  • To reschedule deliveries, contact us between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM via:

  • Requests via social media, email, or delivery staff will not be accepted.
  • If you do not receive your delivery, complaints must be raised the same day between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Delayed complaints will not be entertained.
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend service if multiple accounts are registered at the same address.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

  • We strive to keep our app and website available 24/7. However, the Company is not liable for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Access may be suspended temporarily and without notice when required for updates or repairs.

8. REGISTRATION

  • Each registration is for a single user only. Do not share your username or password.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If compromised, notify us immediately.
  • The Company may suspend or terminate registrations if Terms are violated.
  • By registering, you consent to receive notifications from us via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone calls.

9. DISCLAIMER

  • While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information on the app/website is complete or error-free.
  • Products, services, and prices are subject to change. Customers will be notified through the app/website.
  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

10. LIABILITY

The Company’s liability is not excluded or limited in cases of:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence,
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or
  • Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, losses, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from:
  • Breach of these Terms by you,
  • Misuse of the app/website, or
  • Unauthorized use of your registration details.
